• The deposit charged at the time of booking is non-refundable. 
• If you need to change or cancel your booking please call us on +44 (0) 141 339 5011 to advise us of the change/cancellation.
• A charge of GBP 5 may be applied for any alteration made at your request to the booking and the deposit will be adjusted in proportion to the new booking value.
• As a courtesy, if you expect to arrive after 7pm, you are requested to notify the Kelvingrove Hotel and advise them of your expected arrival time. You must arrive by 9pm at the latest, unless you agree other arrangements with the hotel.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before 9pm on your arrival date, or do not arrive at the hotel by 9pm on the first night of your stay (unless by prior arrangement with the hotel), you may be charged for the remainder of the booking value of the first nights stay.
• If, after your arrival, you choose to curtail your stay and leave before the end of the full duration of your booking the Kelvingrove Hotel may charge you an amount up to the full balance for your full booking, as reimbursement for any nights when the accommodation cannot be re-let to other customers.
